Sonila Dheri holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B.) since the year 1999 and a Master of Laws Degree (L.L.M.) in International and Comparative Business Law in the year 2000, both from London Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario, the professional body regulating lawyers in Ontario.

She articled and worked for several years at a reputable boutique law firm in Toronto where she developed and mastered her legal skills, mainly in the areas of Real Estate, Immigration Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, before establishing her own practice as a sole practitioner.
